I am writing this review with extreme disappointment and frustration after the appalling service I received from Renault Fourways. On 04/11/2025, I took my vehicle in for a routine annual service. I specifically advised the service advisor that they should only perform the service and check the error message showing on the dashboard nothing more. The car was running perfectly fine prior to this visit; there were no leaks, no smoke, no engine issues, and it only required a simple oil change and normal service. I received a call from the service advisor, Nthabeleng, informing me that the service had been completed and that the error message would be explained upon collection. On 05/11/2025, I collected my vehicle, paid a significant amount of money for the service, and drove to work and back, only to arrive home to an absolute disaster. The car suddenly started spewing thick white smoke from the exhaust, accompanied by a strong, unpleasant smell. When I opened the bonnet, I could hear a hissing sound near the coolant tank, and to my shock, there was no coolant left in the tank at all. This issue never existed before the service, the coolant housing had been replaced by another Renault branch only two years ago and had been in perfect condition. When I called the branch, Nthabeleng informed me that only the service was performed, and offered no real assistance or accountability. Her attitude was unhelpful, dismissive, and frankly unprofessional. My car, which was in flawless condition before entering their workshop, is now at serious risk of engine damage or a complete write-off. To make matters worse, my vehicle was not cleaned as promised, and I discovered that my cologne was ****** from inside the car on the day of the service. I have video and photographic evidence documenting everything that transpired after collecting my car from the dealership. This entire experience has been nothing short of disgusting. Renault Fourways has completely shattered my trust in the Renault brand. I am left with a damaged vehicle, missing personal belongings, and zero accountability from the dealership. I strongly urge anyone considering taking their car to Renault Fourways to think twice. The lack of care, professionalism, and integrity I experienced is beyond unacceptable. I am now forced to take an uber to work as I cannot drive the vehicle in this condition. Renault South Africa, please investigate this matter urgently customers should not have to endure this kind of treatment from an official dealership.

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I've received. The car I purchased from your dealership has a recurring issue with the brake pads, which has not been resolved despite three visits. I've been shuttled between different departments without a permanent solution. Furthermore, I was sold the car with an empty fuel tank, which I had to fill at my own expense. It's now been 12 days since I've been trying to get the car fixed, and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the lack of progress. I've raised my concerns with Sabelo on multiple occasions, but the issue remains unresolved. I request that you take immediate action to address this matter and provide a satisfactory solution.

I booked in my car for service on Tuesday 16 July 2024 at renault fourways.on the 16/07/24 time 06h50am I was at the dealership to drop off my car.i was second person there.all was well till I get a call to say my claim was rejected as I had excided the service kilometers of which was not true the made a mistake.then my insurance company asked me to ask them to put in correct kilos. Claim then was approved.but then I never got a call to fetch my car but I then call the dealership at 16h30 if car was ready for pick up.no one answered my calls from 16h30 t017h00pm.i was at work I had to make plans to get myself home as I did not have a car. My car stayed at the dealership for 3days.no one cared about my car and my safety.or even getting an apology from anyone even the brunch manager. After I told the to make arrangements to fetch me as I was booked off sick.i got to the dealership asked to speak to branch manager Yusuf he was not helpful and not apologetic told me the is nothing they can do with us situation.the money I used to get myself home that night and the other 2days they cannot do anything about. The service there it so bad that the recipient's that did all this never apologized for how she spoke to me on the phone ,even in person.manager never called her to discuss the matter.i was only give my car key to go. Anyone who wants to get ur car serviced don't go to fourways renault more so if u are a black person.

I took my car for service and received a call a few days later to rate their service. I told the lady that I had a few negative comments and as I was trying to explain she cut the call and never bothered to call back. If Renault is not willing to receive feedback from customers, why do they even bother with their customer surveys. Are they only willing to listen to positive reviews that make them feel good? This attitude just shows us that they are not willing to listen to their customers conserns and will never improve on their service offering. I always take my car to them for service and this is the second time that they are doing this. In future, please do not waste my time, DON'T CALL ME!

I took my vehicle in for a service on Monday 15/05/2023 at motus renault fourways As I have been Since I owned this vehicle. I received a call from my takking company that I that my vehicle battery is being disconnected. I inform the service advisor and we walked together to the workshop to speak to the technician that worked on the vehicle. it is Where I was informed that my battery was dead and needed to be boosted and that i had failed the test. I informed the technician that I've never had a problem with my battery he told me that my battery has Failed the battery test and showed me on the job card. With the technician not knowing i sold batteries for more than 8 years i told him the test was not appropriate for the type of battery that i have and that is when i was treated in disrespect !!! Your technician is has no respect for customers at all and want to make them into a lier, i I walked away and infomed the manager and till now no call from anyone regarding this situations even when i had to return the next day for them to clean my vehicle as they have left oil fingermarks on my light gray roofling. I had my battery tested straight after that and no problem at all and i have all of the test slips The service is shockking since Ben has left this Establishment i dont have to go to the fourways branch i drive past 4 other branches to get to fourways i just did it as i bough it from them. I wont see fourways again !!!!
