Claim
I was involved in a car accident around December and submitted my claim around 10th of January 2025 on Motorsure insurance and they sent me a link to send them pictures for assessment, even now they haven’t responded, I am so disappointed on this insurance please assist

Claim

REFUND MY MONEY
It's a pity that we have to resort to writing reviews about the same company MOTORSURE DIRECT!! please refund me and cancel the shortfall cover ! the car has been fully paid for over 8 years now but MOTORSURE DIRECT IS STILL DEBITING my account my emails are not being answered!!

Excellent Service
Called in when my car broke down and consultant on the line was very friendly and helped to get tow truck and he was even checking up on me via watsupp to see if I got helped and I’m safe

MotoSure direct review
I have been with the company for more than 5 years with no complications, I have recently had another claim where it started badly however Angelique Davids was very helpful and the claim was finaly approved.

Motorsure Direct
I have been insured with motorsure Direct for almost 8 years l have never claimed. When the time came for me to claim they were very professional always updating me through out the process their stuff members are very kind and respectfully. I don't regret insuring with them
