Maintrenance plan

I have extended Credit of R72000 on my account. I urgently need to take out a Maintenance Plan for my vehicle.

But now they say they cant help me cause I am flagged as under debt review. I am not Under Debt Review. They lady who send you all the documents commited *****. All the Documents is *****ulent. I didnt know this. We are struggling to get a hold of this person as well, so that the necessay legal steps can be taken but NO Luck so far. I am paying all my account bymyself each and every single month. No where on my Credit report does it show that I am Under Debt Review. I need this sorted out ASAP. I am getting no assistance from anyones side at this point. I need this to be delt with Immediately.
