I CANT GET MY OFFICIAL CANCELLATION LETTER

I've been trying to cancel my gym membership, after the normal 12 month contract expired with motion fitness Louis Trichardt

Did these people not tell me that my cancellation form which was sent on 01 July 2022, was not seen by the Person on duty. So for the whole of July my membership remained active

As if that were enough maladministration, I have called the front desk (I know 6 of them by name now, Nhlamulo, Nicola, Betty, Rendani, Cheslin, etc) and none of them, including their manager Phelma has been able to give me a WRITTEN LETTER, that indicates my membership has been cancelled with immediate effect and that no further costs will be debited off my account.

Phelma promised a cancellation letter on 02 August, saying she'd send it TOMORROW. It is now 2 tomorrow's later. No one lies like the staff at motion fitness Louis Trichardt. I have had to use so much office time trying get the simplest query fixed. If they say the manager will "most definitely give you a call" (Rendani gave me this promise at least 3 times until I saw I was being lied to because the call never came", they are just trying to get you to hand up until you get tired of calling.
