Very disappointed. We called to confirm our booking, which we made through Booking.com, and they did not have a reservation. After we send the proof of payment, that was made 16 February 2026, for 25 April 2026, they did give us other rooms. When we checked in on the time they given us, the cleaners will still busy. The plugs and TV did not work, they fixed the TV right away. Breakfast is included, but no one told us how it works. From the time we ordered we waited 45min and then we decided to leave.
