Hello Momo I would like to know when i am getting my money i Cash in on momo app two times first was R350 the second was R300 both those transactions don't reflect ony momo acc app when i send them an email im being given a run around with my money guys no one is willing to help since friday the 27th March they haven't release my money to the app please stop trying to ***** we don't have money And this is not a good customer service you giving this also has the power to build or destroy your business

On 2 December I requested a cash-out of R2 500 from the Momo app. I received a confirmation SMS stating that I would receive the PIN needed to withdraw the cash from a Nedbank ATM. However, no PIN ever arrived. I logged a complaint on 3 December and was promised the PIN, but three days later I have still not received it. This delay is unacceptable and is negatively impacting my cash flow.

HelloPeter i need your help urgently,i cashed in R1500 on my momo account last week Saturday cashed out using Nedbank cash send, it didnt send me voucher number and pin as it used to. On Tuesday i contacted MTN they told me money will reflect back to my account within 3 days, i called them again today they telling me to wait up until Sunday. I cant wait that long because im using that money for my business since its approaching weekend. The reference number they gave me its 6448211. Its not the first time im experiencing this issue,please help.

I paid my 6 employees a sum of 108,000 I paid them by cashing in from makro Woodmead ok the 24th of June 2025, the people I paid they recieved notifications that the money came in,but upon them getting their money mtn Momo blocked their accounts and said it’s comfirmed *****.i called mtn momo and they asked me for affidavits proof of payments and forth by they refusing to give me my money back and giving me stories every day the managers and supervisors they run away when I call and demand why is my money not being unblocked Lwazi Ngoma the supervisor or manger always run away Whn I asked him to call Me back and update me on the updates of my moneys but they claim to be in the meetings always and they say they cnt help me pls Hello Peter help me or should I sue these people

I have been playing lotto or powerball using momo app. They do deduct the money my momo account of the random numbers I played but they don't sent me the numbers as a proof that I played I tried contacting them via email but they never attended to the matter it's pure ******* because we don't even know weather we have winnings or not and how many more people who are experiencing the same thing and they just take it for granted when I query I have emails as a proof of my complaints but they don't come back to resolve the matter
