I have paid for my spa treatments for a year. I am left with 2 months more treatments to do. They are not responding to my bookings. Earlier in April they threatened that I will forfeit all remaining spa treatments if I don’t pay R499

Goodmorning I have a launched a complain to two of consultant of moimooi day spa regarding the money I paid in the account by mistake on the 14 March 2025 I have been talking to them. I am been taking from pillar to post with my money. I have been there client from 2020. Last month they cancelled my appointments a day before my appointment and they promised me I can book next month any day. When I tried to book any day the month of April is fully booked. I told them can I have my subscription back still they don't want. Please assist I am really in need of my money. There service is very poor

I've been a member for over 5 years. My yearly membership ends August 2025. 5 months remaining. Monday 10 March 2025 I wasn't able to do bookings on the website. I logged a call for assistance and was told I need to go to the website and enter credentials and then enter my bank details. Please keep in mind I've already paid up to Aug 2025. I questioned as to why as I've already paid. The consultant indicated that if I don't enter my bank details I won't be able to do any bookings. That would mean I'd loose the 5 months remaining on the contract. I was informed the previous sales consultant had under cut the yearly package and I was charged to little. The consultant then proceeded to say if I pay R1000 extra she could do bookings for me. But I won't be able to book online without my bank details even though I've already paid up front for the year. Based on the above I cannot make bookings without paying a R1000 or adding bank details to a PayPal moimooi website. But I don't owe any money so don't see the need to share my bank details just to continue making booking.

Thanks to Nuku and her team for the amazing service yesterday, even though we were so late, you managed to accommodate us. Diann also never fails to to sort out our bookings and deal with our requests. Always a great experience

I had a membership with MoiMooi years ago (about 10 years or more) but cancelled my account due to the terrible service I received. However, to my shock, they are now again debiting my account even though I cancelled it years ago and have no active membership. I spoke to a lady called Janine at the call centre today, and she said she would investigate this and send the info to the accounts department. Can someone from management please contact me urgently to advise how on earth this could happen and to cancel my account and delete all my details once more? Janine accessed my old account and has my telephone number so that management can contact me. If my account gets debited by this company again, I will open a case at the police.

I received email to say they are sorry for loosing me, that I don't owe them any money and my debit order will be stopped. End of January R599.00 was deducted from my bank, on phoning a very unmannered person said I need to pay my fee for 2025. Trying to explain to her that I received an email and that I don't owe them any money was impossible. The background noise of the call center is terrible. I them dispute my debit order with the bank. I then send an email to the person who I received an email from, still waiting for her response. End of February 2025 the debit order of R599.00 went of twice, I immediately dispute and reverse it. I then sent a email again, still waiting for a response. I know of 2 people with the same problem.
