Mini SA. My vehicle went in to BMW Bedfordview, my vehicle went in to for a service and they broke my sunroof!!! Now they want to pay for parts which is also already accepting liability but want me to pay for labour. Why should I be paying for something I didnot break? It broke at your premises and the most cagey people as they refuse to provide me with the diagnostic report on how the actual sunroof broke nor do they want to check camera footage. I am now in the process of going to the ombudsman because I have to pay for something that I didnot break!!! The attitude of the service manager and the branch itself is just disgusting. Vehicle goes in for one repair and comes out with a massive expense on something else! Such a well known brand does not care how they treat customers! Please don't support them you will end up with unnecessary headaches. Not wanting to giving me the diagnostics is so *****. Please support other brands. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I would like to ask what must we do in the Easterncape, Port Elizabeth to be precise, Mini Cooper doesn't have a spare wheel and when it was sold to us we told that we can just call their help desk and we will be assisted and given a spare wheel for atleast 5 days ...we had the car for almost 3 years now and the experience with Mini after service is pathetic.The people that are suppose to help you are some what not empathetic and dont understand your frustration...I'm appealing to Mini to take their car sothat we can be able to get reliable vehicle

Good day, I just received a call regarding the car service. I have been informed I am required to pay because I am overdue by few kilometres and my motor plan Will not cover this. This was never explained to me before. I have motor plan for a reason now I am being told I need to pay. Really? Why will my motor plan not cover? Regards.

I bought a 2019 Mini Countryman JCW brand new from Mini Bedfordview, what a dissapointment. After three months my brakes started to squeel when stopping my mini went back three times and iwas told by the service adviser the brakes crumbeled and he has never seen this, they replaced the rear brake pads and agin my breaks squeel when stopping. by this time im extremely concerned so i set up a meeting at Mini Boksburg with BMW SA technical manager at no stage were they prepared to drive with me to hear the loud squeel and after two days and another 150km on my new car they declare it sorted. well on the first stop i make the squeel it still there. BMW now send me a email saying they need the mini for a week and they will need to do 500km on my new mini to see whats wrong. its simple the sold me a lemon and or they are using a faulty brake supplier, whats more concerning is the service adviser at Boksburg tells me BMW SA is trying to get BMW Europe to adress this issue as im one of many clients driving unsafe and faulty cars. At this stage i can see that Mini Bedfordview does not care about my issues and i contact the CPA they send an email to Mini Bedfordview and Bruce Matz the service manager. Writes There is no safety issue with my brakes but only an intermittent comfort issue in the form of a Squeel. So please be aware that if you buy a mini and or bmw and your brakes squeel this loud noise is acceptable to a brand that now has your money, they cant fix it so just buy ear ****s and thats it. What a disgrace for any automotive brand to have.
