Expect faster help

Execution is fast, but the customer service wait time was 15 minutes. If I’m paying these commissions, I expect faster help.

Good variety of pairs

Good variety of pairs. I just wish they’d add the $ZAR$ exotics. I’d trade those here in a heartbeat if the spreads were as good as the majors.

Love the transparecy

Actually zero fees on debit deposits. My last broker hid a 'processing fee' in the fine print. Transparency is why I’m staying with MerritEquity.

Web Trader issue

Web Trader doesn't like Safari. I had to switch to Brave to get the Multi-Chart view to load without flickering. Works fine now but its a bit annoying,

Polygon Network

Finally, a broker with Polygon network deposits. Saved me $15 in gas fees today compared to the old Ethereum bridge. The UI is a bit busy, but the tech is 10/10. Love ME!

Nothing fancy but it works

Nothing fancy but it gets the job done. Solid platform overall. Good sync between laptop and mobile. I will test it a bit more.

Lucky and saw

Margin call alerts are very proactive. Maybe I just got lucky and saw the notification just in time to hedge, but it definitely saved my account.

Top tier execution

Execution on MerritEquity is top tier. To be fair, I haven't tried trading through a major NFP release yet, but for daily New York sessions, I’ve had zero slippage.
