Bossa meerendal will not see me again!

I had an upsetting experience yesterday at bossa!

Firstly I was not happy with the service, we were not checked up on once and when we wanted to order we waited forever on the waiter, then our food came 2 hours later even someone that did not order food ordered ice cream and waited more than a hour. Then in one of our pizzas was found plastic we saw the manager and she brought a new pizza but the appetite was lost by waiting long and then plastic in the pizza, what a disgrace.

Then we ordered spinach and when the food came they only told us there is no spinach and added a salad without even asking!

Then we ordered 4 jugs of juice and the waiter said it is R35 when the bill came it was R560 for the juice and we asked why so much then only he told us it is R35 per glass! I was utterly upset! Then to top it all off we had a service fee of over R600 that we were not even aware of because it was not communicated to us, where we already paid 10% of everyone's bill for the tip and still a service fee? this is so rediculous because the service was not even a bit good!
