Mechatronic SA not releasing my car after failed attempts to fix my Jetta 6

On the 20th February 2026 delivered my Jetta 6 dsg 2016 for mechatronic repairs and was promised under 7 days repair but as of today the car still will them. They claimed to have repaired the mechatronic but for warranty to be active I must replace the the clutch kit with aftermarket parts. Several times I followed up to no avail. For mechatronic repairs put R12075 but not working and for duped clutch replacement cost is R6900 .. called police to take my car was told it's a civil matter. Is there anyone to help..want my car and refund. They failed it's a finda finda job. Please help
