Worst laptop ever

We bought a new mecer laptop in March 2025, serial no ***. After a couple of weeks, the laptop stops working. I took it back to computer mania, they booked it in for repairs, we waited almost three months for the laptop to be repaired etc. The laptop worked only for a couple of months again, before it does the same problem again, it's now another three months without a laptop.
