Had my CX5 in for the 60 000km service. When I got the car back I checked and they never replaced the air filter element and as per the service schedule the fuel filter was not replaced. However I paid for the service. I contacted the dealership and only got excuses from them. What I would like from Fury Fourways is to get the air filter and a refund for the work not done. As far as I am concerned this is a blatant rip off.
