Bad customer service
Yesterday I went to the filling station shop to buy cigarettes, so I decided to use the ladies room b4 l purchased what I needed. Firstly there was no toilet paper in the toilets had to wait for couple minutes for them to organize one and when done went to pay for the cigarettes and still had to wait for while they were busy talking to each other as if there was no one in front of them. The service from shop is disgusting and poor.

Customer service on tills
Good day it is evident that Shoprite does not take their customers seriously. I complained about Mayfield square bad service on till points on the 24th of September I haven't heard anything from them, not sure whether it is the way they train their stores. Dissapointed.

No water and electricity
If there is no water there is no electricity for days. Is a poor square with poor marketing and tenants get treated bad.rest rooms gets locked,taps always on closed with plastics.department of health and safety should visit Mayfield square for real.
