I honestly don’t think they deserve even a single star. To be fair, the car itself is incredible—I absolutely love it—but the after‑sales service has been nothing short of a nightmare. I bought my vehicle on 7 February at Mahindra Milnerton, and to this day I’m still waiting for my registration and number plate, a service I already paid for. I’m now on my **second temporary permit**, which expires on 23 March 2026. Since the purchase, I’ve been back to the dealership week after week, only to be met with excuses: “no one available to register the vehicle,” “delays at the traffic department,” and so on. This past weekend, I discovered that the salesperson, Anthony, has **five sets of number plates sitting in his in‑tray**—so why is mine still not done? He promised it would be sorted by Monday. Monday came and went. It’s now Wednesday, and I still have nothing. I’ve lost all trust in this branch. I even went to Mahindra Goodwood for a software update because I refuse to rely on Milnerton anymore. The Goodwood team told me outright that the excuses I’ve been given are nonsense.
