Requesting payment method switch

Hi i recently called your agent requesting to switch from payroll to debit order as it negatively impact certain job applications as prospective employers request payslip because I'm currently looking for something permanent as I'm a contractor now and your agent said you refused.. First of all I am in my rights to revoke that as it's not a court order but an agreement made my current employer and you guys.. I won't take the reason of you saying you can't allow me i am still in the company it's not reason enough sorry... I will send my HR statement that i revoke that and no longer authorize any deductions on my payslip.. Kindly respond to my emails with reasonable answer not what you gave me
