Handled a very difficult buyer with patience, professionalism, and care
We recently sold our property through Adelaide Ruwisi at LWP, and we are truly grateful for the way she guided us through what turned out to be a very challenging transaction. Adelaide showed remarkable professionalism, patience, and empathy throughout the process, even when faced with an unreasonable and difficult purchaser. She consistently went above and beyond to shield us from unnecessary stress, while ensuring that communication between all parties remained constructive and respectful. Like most property transfers, there were some unavoidable delays due to factors outside of anyone’s direct control. Adelaide acknowledged the buyer’s frustrations, but always managed them with calm professionalism while keeping our interests protected. Her consistent communication kept us reassured every step of the way. Despite the buyer’s repeated demands and pressure, Adelaide remained calm, professional, and solutions-oriented. Selling a home can be stressful, but Adelaide’s dedication and integrity made all the difference.
