I am appalled by their unprofessionalism, incompetence and lack of respect for their customers who pay in good faith. I purchased a bracelet which came with wrong link, I complained, they attempted to resolve the problem but made another mistake and didn’t care to confirm with me if everything was correct before sending a screenshot that they had couriered the bracelet. They **** about the overnight courier because to date I have not received anything yet they are busy posting on their page while ignoring my messages. Their work ethic is distasteful and will never do business with them or recommend them to anyone.

I am utterly disappointed at the conduct, business ethic, and vile act from Luxe Homme. I made an inquiry prior to my order on the 29th of January, 2026, for a Valentine's Day gift. They responded that the item would be ready. I proceeded to place my order on the 30th of January. I made a follow-up on delivery; they confirmed delivery for the 13th of February 😠, and nothing was received. Today is the 21st of February 💔💔💔. I have still not received any delivery, no apology, and no update. I made contact; only then was I told my item was out of stock.

I am a returning customer and this was my fourth purchase from Luxe Homme, which is why this experience has been disappointing. I ordered a custom bracelet which was initially customised incorrectly. I brought this to their attention and, while correcting it, I also realised that I had made a typing error myself, which I acknowledged. During a follow-up call with a representative, I was spoken to in a manner I found unprofessional and dismissive, including statements such as “I genuinely don’t have time to service you alone, I have clients waiting” and “Don’t play victim.” The call was ended while I was still speaking. I later followed up via email requesting a resolution (refund or replacement). I was told I would receive feedback, but no one called or responded despite waiting. As a loyal customer, I expected a more respectful and solution-focused approach. I am simply seeking a fair resolution to this matter and hope the company will address it professionally.

As a person who like accessories and customised items, I can say I’m impressed with luxe. Heard of them through my mother and fell in love with them ever since, their stuff is amazing and quality and best it’s a local brand.

Placed an order for Sunglasses 🕶️, 1 day after they posted new range. And I received my parcel 3days later, happy with quality of the sunglasses and the case. And quick turnaround time Thank you.
