No Certificate of Compliance (CoC)
Lunar Solar did not provide a Certificate of Compliance (CoC) on the date of installation. Upon inquiry, they were unable to locate the CoC. They eventually sent a technician, but the CoC was incorrectly dated. As a result, I was audited by SARS, and due to the incorrect date, I was unable to claim the solar panel rebate. Very disappointed.

Why should one be surprised when you get superb service? The whole of the Lunar Solar Team are just incredible, every step of the way! They lit us up with PV Panels within 2 days. A complicated roof design and fixing a previous installers problem with batteries and inverters was no job too big for Lunar Solar! A Huge Shout Out to:The salesman, James Steele answering all of my 1001 questions, the installation (dream team!) team and husband and wife owners, Charina and Francois, your compliance team taking care of the COC and City of Cape Town, Thank you so much for a quality job and fantastic after sales service!
