This is not dept solution company it's a **** you receive a call from them avoid them at all cost. They took money from account for about three months and never paid any of my depts that means they took it for them selfs and when I wanted answers they were nowhere to be found. Real ****mers

Unprofessional, ***********, **** operation
Avoid this company at all costs. Unprofessional CEO, Lesego Pooe Untrained and *********** staff, Collen, Fikile, Whitney, Betty, Busi, Tshiamo A **** operation They promise to call you back but never do Don't respond to emails or WhatsApp messages, you'll be lucky if they pick up the phone They don't send you any written paperwork Falsely collecting debit orders and not allocating it properly Hidden fees They don't speak English properly Poor customer service They will initiate multiple debit orders on purpose and you will never get your money back They falsely collected R3,300.00 from my account and are refusing to provide me a refund. Been put on hold for up to 30 minutes at a time. Called multiple times and now they're avoiding my calls, even the so-called CEO. Mobile: 0768451617 Office: 0128839940 E-mail: [email protected] Every time I try and call to speak with a specific person, I'm diverted to a brand new consultant and have to explain myself all over again. They lie and say the person has stepped out or is not around. Worst experience ever Still waiting for my refund after weeks of calling The bank won't even help you because they block the debit orders from being stopped or reversed. Avoid these people at all costs.

Horrible client service and service delivery.
I was treated completely unfairly by this company. The company is completely unprofessional and the stuff there are untrain and rude. I was called by them offering me their services of Debt Mediation. They then pulled my credit report for R792 and the consultant went thought it and gave me advice as to how the company will be assisting me based on her findings on my credit report. I was told that I needed to make payment of R1725 and another R1875 for the work that needs to be done. I made the payment as agreed of a total of R4392. This was in August. When time came for them to assist me they called me and told me that they will not be able to as I was sold the incorrect service. I requested a refund and 4 months later I'm still waiting for my money. They do not communicate at all and when I call I'm sent from pillar to post with really bad attitude. I received no service because of a mistake that was made by them but I'm not being refunded my money. I must pay for the companies incompetence, negligence, and horrible client service. They are only polite when they want your money once you pay they forget about you.
