Complaint: Extremely Poor Service from LookSee Solar (via Standard Bank)

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from LookSee Solar through Standard Bank. Since the day I reached out, I’ve had to chase them for feedback. My emails went unanswered, and I had to follow up multiple times just to get a basic response. When someone finally did reply, they made zero effort to accommodate my availability for a site visit. After reorganising my entire day to fit in with the date and time they proposed, the installer simply did not pitch. I emailed them again to ask what happened — and, unsurprisingly, no response at all. This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a provider endorsed by Standard Bank.
