LOADALOT / BELO HOLDINGS – DO NOT TRUST WITH YOUR BELONGINGS I am writing this to warn anyone considering LoadALot (loadalot.co.za) or Belo Holdings Logistics. They collected my entire life in January for a move from Joburg to Jeffreys Bay and never delivered a single item. I have dealt with Vaughan, Jason, and Tiang, who have spent months spinning lies about truck locations and delays. Every time I catch them in a lie, they disappear or block me. They are currently in possession of my furniture, my bed, and irreplaceable items like gifts from my late father and my grandmother’s keepsakes. Some of their staff even stole my phone, which I was able to track. They have rebranded to LoadALot to hide from their reputation. Do not be fooled by the professional website—I have a paper trail of every lie told by Vaughan. They are holding my livelihood and my memories hostage. Avoid at all costs.

The moving company was late for pickup l had to pay the landlord penalty fees due to that
The moving company was late for pickup l had to pay the landlord penalty fees due to that . My television was damaged in transit and l have not received any compensation despite several phone calls . I had to pay them double and a refund was promised now the Director of the company is not responding to my calls to pay my refund . Overall their service is terrible .
