First move went well.
Second move the team loss a small but important part of one of my tables. Charles the driver became quite assertive and wanted to see a picture on my phone proving the part had been in place when they collected the table from storage. Fortunately I have such a picture!
No word from Claude, no apology, no courtesy call, nothing. When I phoned him a few weeks after the incident he said he'd delegated the issue to a subordinate who had subsequently left the company.
Disappointing.
