********* BUSINESS &*****STERS WHO ***** MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT
Bought a program at a promotion at a mall and later decided I am no longer interested in the aivscriprion, never opened it or used it and requested thatbtheybstop debiting my Bank account and they agrees. 10 months later I realised that bevause I paid R50 foe the USB Stick at the mall using my credit card. They have been secretly and *****ulently debiting my credit card WITHOUT my permission, fo months for a service theu agreed ro cancel!!!! Bad , ********* company!!!

Beware of advantage takers
I have received bad experience with them,I registered with them for the maths program for my kids and I was unable to get it right on my laptop and children 's phones.I contacted their technical support and no help.Then I then decided to cancel and still they didn't and now after being quite for years without sending any communication they now tell me that I am in arrears with R6 thousand something and they also threaten to take further steps against me.I am not happy at all with this company.Ivwill not recommended it to anyone as they claim to assist our kids and act as if they care.They know that if they push it with "kids"we will be interested.I met this sales people at soshanguve crossing.I really regret the day I met them.I encourage parents to stop joining this programs at the shopping malls claiming to assist our kids with mathematics.Beware

I regret signing up for Lion Minds
I regret signing up for Lion Minds. First and far most the sales person said I will only pay R5000 devided into installments. When I got home I had a problem with installing the software, I tried to reach out but couldn't get assistance. Until I just enrolled my daughter at a online school. I sent them an email to let them know that I didn't even use the software, asking them to take it back and maybe charge me a cancellation fee of some sort. They didn't respond to my email, they just called me today saying they have been trying to contact me, but unfortunately they've been calling on my old number since I bought the software back in February 2022 and sent them an email in May 2022. The lady who called me (Nombuso or something) was super rude and so unprofessional, she was speaking over me, passing threats even. She was saying I have to pay that R7000, since my account has been handed over. I am not happy at all, why should I pay for something I didn't use and tried to communicate on my side, and never got any response from them. I do not have R7000 laying around plus I'm unemployed. I am so disappointed with their service. Unfortunately yes, I won't be able to pay this money.

Unfair treatment on a product that never worked
I regret why I even stopped at the mall to listen ending up accepting the sale of something that has never worked, after numerous attempts with their IT trying to download the software this things never worked and I was being charged for this even though Lion minds was aware. I then requested a cancellation which was never actioned but was offered a product which I was told is better but I wanted nothing to do with Lion minds , the sale was rushed at the mall and was told I can cancel at anytime but it was a lie, on top of the debit they charging for a product tht never worked they want to charge me for cancellation and they sent me a contract. I regret ever dealing with Lion Minds its *******

Lion minds Educational software
I got a consultant by the name of Christina ,she was so helpful and so patient with me ,after long struggle since l have been getting through to other consultants from September 2022 until 2024 September not getting a proper explanation how to installe the educational program l bought ,but Christina came to my rescue after a two year struggle ,Christina keep up the excellent work ,you are a star
