Unauthorized double debit order

I registered with them. I'm. Paying R3221 monthly. February I couldn't pay however o told them to debit R6332. This month on the 15th of April they debited R3221 then R6332. All my salary. When I make follow up I was told the person who contacted me with R6332 arram9made a mistake. So now I have to wait for them to reverse the money. Yet my kids are starving because of someone who didn't do their job properly. I must accept the apology. And my kids can't eat I can't pay debt
