Poor Customer Service

Regarding Lexus Fourways. Gave a 1 star review on Google Maps a while back. Tried to make booking for service but could not get hold of the place. Wrong details on Google or they just don't answer a phone. Last week I tried again to get quotation on parts. The receptionist rang me through to parts twice, but no answer again. She took my details and said someone would phone me back. It's been over a week and stii waiting. For a top luxury brand you guys surely dissapoint.
