Disappointing Service
I bought furniture for my mum on Saturday from Lewis Kingsway Street Maseru, Lesotho.
I was informed that it will be delivered on Monday. It is Wednesday today and I have not received it. Not even a courtesy call.
When I called the consultant who dealt with me, he doesn’t answer my calls anymore.
When they wanted me to pay they called me several times, now they have my money they don’t care about me.
I am very disappointed with them. Palesa Mabusetsa ***

29 May 2026, 21:47I got a call from Lewis head office. I thought my concern will be addressed but still I have not received my order. Even the store has been very quiet about the delivery.
When will the delivery be done?
We are now seven days since the store promised to deliver and they don’t even reach out to me for any updates. They have kept my money and not bother to deliver my order.
I am very disappointed and will tell everyone how bad the service is
