Bad treatment and poor communication

Someone very close to my heart has been admitted at Zamokuhle private hospital ICU. We are not happy about the treatment from the Nurses. When ask about the progress, they don’t want to give the proper update, they’ll tell us to ask the Doctor while they spend the whole time with the patients. They are not friendly, it is not even easy to talk to them, it is like they get irritated when we ask lots questions. Complains doesn’t help, next time when we go there to visit we will find the different nurse and she will say that she didn’t know anything about the request or complain They changing Nurses like everyday. They also have good Nurses, that will work with the patient for a day, next time when we go there, we’ll find the different one.
