Bad service

Bad service received from Lendplus . I took out the loan from them .By mistake i selected ewallet payment option to receive the funds . My number is a contract simcard i cant withdraw the funds and ask them to pay it to my bank account they refused .Anyway i paid up the load with intrest and i the funds still sitting on my ewallet i cant withdraw
