LAYBUY ISSUE

Good evening. I am writing this with utter dissatisfaction and disappointment. I had made a laybuy at Legit store Heidedal and unfortunately had to cancel it sooner however I lost my slip and was told that I need to do an affidavit and come with my ID. I did so and when I went back to the store I was given stories that I would have to wait until 29 May 2026,how so when that is my money?

Please kindly attend to this matter as I now want to cancel any association with that store.
