You will never see your items or any responses on the progress of the order. Would highly NOT recommend this ‘business’
If I could give minus 5 stars I would. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Zero communication and have still not received my item. Do not, i repeat, do not order from this website.

NO COMMUNICATION NO DELIVERY
very poor communication, I have placed an order on the 5th of May 2024 They dont't let me know when I will get my Parcel. Nobody has ever come back to me, I whatsapp and email everyday wit NO RESPONSE !! ALMOST R2000 GONE FOR NOTHING !!

NO COMMUNICATION NO DELIVERY
very poor communication, I have placed an order on the 5th of May 2024 They dont't let me know when I will get my Parcel. Nobody has ever come back to me, I whatsapp and email everyday wit NO RESPONSE !! ALMOST R2000 GONE FOR NOTHING !!

Paid for my order and no delivery received
Absolute shocking service. I paid for my order 5 weeks ago. I still haven't received my delivery. I was told on the 13th May my orser was going to be dispatched on the 23rd May. Still nothing.I have been calling hem numerous times and emailing, sending whatsapp messages and still no feedback. To track your order on their site the number is incorrect short of a digit.

Paid for my order and no delivery received

Don't place an order with Lady Lush clothing
Don't place an order with them. You will not receive your order. They don't respond to emails or WhatsApp messages. When you call the number on the website they tell you that you have the wrong number.

DON'T PAY
Don't use them! They DONT refund, they don't communicate at all. You can forget to get your money back. I don't believe any of the "good" reviews, how can so many people complain about no delivery for months and one review delivered within 3 days! BS
