I'm truly disappoint...

I'm truly disappointed with the service I'm getting with the call center agents from Kukhanya Energy Services I paid for my services and did not get a token as per normal so I called in the following day to check if it has reflected on their side and the first lady I spoke to said I should wait a few days that was on 26 September 20q5... no one got back to me and no token received still... today (03 October 2025) I have been calling in and getting rude agents since that hang up before i get to even give my reference number since 2pm... Thanks to Mr Thabo Mokwena who has taken up the case at 16:26 and is trying to ensure I'm sorted even though he is working with limited resources because people from other departments have knocked off already It has been a fruitful relationship with Kukhanya Energy Services I'm just disappointed by all this that has never happened before...
