Please be careful when using these people.
Pretoria Accommodation : Please check your contracts nicely, apparently there is a termination fee of R950 taken off your deposit you paid even though you gave your months notice for the contract period of 6 months, and getting hold of Alecia and the accounts department seem near impossible, chasing you back and forth with no-one answering calls when you have questions. Waited 3 months for my deposit back, which was short paid.

KPA a student accommodation agency based in Bloemfontein South Africa. Last year and the previous years I had been a tenant under them, in December NSFAS paid out all my outstanding fees to them and my mother had been paying throughout the year since I had been waiting for NSFAS. I then asked for a refund in December and was told it would be made in January since staff is on leave already . When their offices re-opened in January I asked for my refund of 22k and they said by the end of January I would have recieved my refund. End of January I called they sent me a proof of payment , but however I did not recieve any payment I contacted them they said I should wait a bit. Last week Friday I called again asking them about the refund they said the payment lady made a mistake with my banking details so the bank automatically reversed the money and was told I would recieve it between yesterday and Tuesday. It’s Thursday today and no payment has been made , when I send emails and make calls they do not respond nor answer.

My KPA Student Accommodation experience (12 Wynand Mouton Avenue)
Their buildings are close to campus, which is very convinient. The experience working with the stuff is smooth. The buildings are proper looking, clean and conducive for staying in as a student. There may be issues with electricity running out in 12 Wynand Mouton Avenue, however response time is not bad. Should say a day before actual running out as a precaution
