Is this legal to do?
I recently joined this app and 2 days later my account was blocked and then I received the following message. Yes, we have explained that we have a verification process. We require you to verify your details before we can activate your profile. You can do this by sending a photo of your ID, OR you can send a video saying your Koer name and date of birth out loud. You do not have to do both. Read the email again. Regards, Koer Haai daar KOERLID, Ons sien jy het onlangs 'n Koer profiel geskep of opdateer. Hier by Koer is ons lede se veiligheid ons top prioriteit en ons het prosesse in plek om te verseker dat moontlike valse profiele opgetel en ondersoek word. Jou profiel is een van die wat uitgesonder is. Dit gebeur soms dat egte profiele opgetel word en as dit die geval is vra ons om verskoning en hoop ons jy kan waardeer dat ons streng maatreëls toepas. Ons wil graag bevestig dat jy is wie jy sê jy is. Ons het 'n paar maniere om dit te doen, laat weet asseblief wat jy verkies: Stuur vir ons 'n kort video van jouself waar jy jou Koer profiel naam en geboortedatum sê. Stuur 'n afskrif van enige Id dokument met 'n foto. (Rybewys, klubkaart ens.) Indien jy jou profiel opdateer sal ons in kennis gestel word en dit herevalueer. Indien jy nie saamstem nie stuur graag vir ons 'n e-pos na [email protected]. Jy sal geen interaksie op die toep kry voordat hierdie proses nie afgehandel is nie. I will appreciate it very much if you can assisting me in this regard.

I had a very disappointing experience with Koer
I had a very disappointing experience with Koer. The platform claims to be a space for genuine connections, but their moderation is extremely unfair and unprofessional. Members are blocked or removed without any valid reason, proper explanation, or proof of wrongdoing. What makes this even worse is that Koer continues to take subscription fees from members, only to block them without warning or justification. After being blocked, there is little to no response to follow-up emails, leaving paying users completely ignored and without support. There seems to be no proper investigation process, and users are given no opportunity to defend themselves. This creates an environment where false reports or misunderstandings can easily lead to unjust bans. For a platform that relies on trust and user interaction, this lack of transparency, accountability, and customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend Koer to anyone looking for a fair and respectful online dating experience.

Swakste dating website wat ek ooit teegekom het. Ek sit met die bewys van n maandelikse subskrupsie wat betaal is, en ek het al n paar keer vd subskrupsie gebruik om met lede te gesels. Nou skielk word my subskrupsie geblok met n verskoning dat ek nie n lid is nie

The Koer dating app appears to be a ****. I payed for a montly premium subscription last night, and this morning the app is not opening. According to AI, several users appeared to get zero support from developers and that their info disappears. My info has disappeared as well and I can't even browse.🤬

BE CAREFUL OF THE DATING APP KOER
I am shocked by the service and communication received. Not sure if I am talking to the rudest robot ever. I unsubscribed on their app, but they kept on deducting funds from my bank on monthly basis. Since Sept I sent several e-mails to cancel - they just kept on taking my money. Extremely rude e-mails. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE -

Got this app did NOT subscribe to anything but the dedicate R50 each month. I don't even have the app anymore. Send multiple emails to de-link everything to no response, when to the banc they can stop the deductions as it's a Google issue
