bought use car not satisfy

bought a car from Klein Karoo motors there was a dint on the car the owner said he will fix it when i got my car back in was in a worst staid then before the hood of the car have chip marks on and respray and was durty i when back to the car dealer and told him I'm not happy with this and said to me give the car in so they can fix it i did not bring the car back coz i don't want a car that's been pannlbeatin and respray so we went on a trim not far and as i drive smoke came from the Engin i told the owner i dont want this car he must give me a other car that's 85000 worth that i paid for he said no
