I would like to raise a serious concern about the service environment and staff treatment at Kit Kat Kliptown. I am a regular customer and visit the store almost every month, but during my recent visit I was very uncomfortable with the way employees were being treated by a lady who appeared to be supervising staff. She was wearing a cream-white tracksuit and was speaking to employees in a disrespectful and aggressive manner in front of customers. What concerned me the most was how the cashiers were expected to assist multiple customers at the same time. One cashier was still busy helping a customer whose card payment had not gone through, yet another customer was sent to the same cashier before the first transaction was completed. This created confusion, unnecessary delays, and a lack of customer privacy because I had to stand there while the other customer was busy on her banking app trying to sort out her payment. No customer should have to witness another person’s private banking issues while waiting to pay. It also places unnecessary pressure on the cashier, making it harder for them to work properly and provide good service. I asked another employee who the lady was, and I was told she works in HR. If that is correct, then her behaviour was even more disappointing. HR staff should create a professional and supportive environment, not shout at employees or make them feel small in front of customers. The staff at the store already work under pressure, and treating them harshly only affects morale, customer experience, and the reputation of the business. Good leadership and respectful communication are important in retail environments. I hope management looks into this matter seriously because loyal customers may stop supporting the store if this kind of behavior continues.

The so called checker at the door made me feel like a ********/shoplifter when I went to buy groceries at Kit Kat Cash and Carry in Benoni . I understand that they must check the receipt against the items bought, but this guy literally took out everything item from my trolley to ensure that I did not ***** it. We were not allowed to leave as he could not find the entry for two packets of beans that was bought. If he had looked properly, he could have seen earlier that it was on the top half of the till slip. they need to do something about this or come up with a better way to check if items were paid for.

Silverton branch next to KFC. Unsafe Parking, no surveillance cameras, bank app ****mers are pouncing on us consumers as we leave the shop, with a silly till slip drawcard. I was a victim last month, many more were ****med including a pensioner & SAPS has no footage to can catch these *******- a black man & woman, who then go to Carlos Liquor to transact multiple times. We are not safe shopping there anymore! Do something about it.

I'll treatment of staff by management and unhygienic store. A certain manager used f****n talking to merchandiser. Apparently this happens quiet often in that store. The store is very unhygienic

Hi my name is sandile so today i went to kitkat (kliptown) cash & carry to buy some groceries when I entered the shop it was 10:45 took my items went to till 10 at 11:25 i payed with my card at 11:31 I got the message that the amount has been debited from my account for my items so now im waiting for them to give me the slip now im getting another story's the cashier called for assistance I waited for 15 minutes it's 11:46 when I ask what was wrong they said they have a problem with network so I asked them to give me the items because i got a message already from my bank account at 11:31 they keep on telling me about network like it's my problem as a customers.i then asked for a manager because the other two lady's were roud to me the manager came at 11:50 his name is Mr Hassen he told me the same thing that they have network problem like it's my problem because im a customer i didn't come for that until 12:20 after 55 minutes of waiting at the shop with no one even offering us a place to sit they left us just like that it's when they came with a slip a 12:20 so waited for the network for 55 minutes like it's my problem customers are always right if they have a problem why they don't fix it us customers we must suffer and wait for 55 minutes for they're poor service

I bought a gas heater before end of July at the mahube valley Kit Kat when I I tried using it the heater did not work I had to travel back when I got there the person helping told me I will not get a refund eventually they gave me another heater when I got home it also didn’t work when I returned again the owner this time was rude and dismissive told me I won’t get a refund or exchange I’m stuck with a heater that doesn’t work I don’t know what to do I still have the slip please help

I swiped my card purchasing an item, their machine deducted money, but did not show on their till, so they refused to give me that item, they said I should swipe again. When I check on my account the money was deducted and never refunded. They told me to wait for 24h the money might reflect back on my account, waited for 24h, money never reflected back.
