Poor service

I was referred from a clinic which I had been sitting in from 6am ,to king George,I sat for hours in maternity, because they go according to numbers so i had to let everyone pass me ,i then complained to public relations only for them to tell me i now need to do all my test again , the doctor on duty informed all the patients that he will only be seeing a certain number and the rest will have to come tomorrow,the service is terrible especially for pregnant mothers,please do better to help people it is a oath you have taken to provide a service!!
