Thoughtful Customer Care
Today, 23 Sep 2024, I had a great experience shopping at PnP Killarney Mall. I was assisted by Emmanuel who was very helpful and patient. It’s such service that makes me go to PnP as the grocery store of choice! Thanks Emmanuel and to PnP for keeping people who represent your brand well

CHECK YOUR CHANGE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE TICKET BOOTH AFTER PAYING!!!
Guys please check your change at the ticket payment booth, the attendant will give short money and when you press the "help" button to escalate this? they will tell you to proceed at the exit you'll get your change difference there, when you get there, no money is given back to you. CHECK YOUR CHANGE PROPERLY or else the joke will be on you at the exit. It was a lady who did this now at 14:09

USELESS HEAD OF SECURITY
What a useless security head office,they don't do their job instead they will leave you to suffer and they think that they are intelligent .I'm really disappointed in them they did not help me at all.ill Rather go else where

Excellent Service Dis-Chem Killarney Mall
Shout out to Dis-Chem Killarney dispensary Manager and team for pulling through for me when I needed my prescription in another province, the manager was very patient I really appreciate what you guys did for me that was top notch customer service.. Thank you guys

Appalling Security Personnel at killarney Mall
another mall which has allowed people to come and just have *** where ever the security personnel would suggest. this has been going on for long but footage from the 1st of January until yesterday will confirm the the unacceptable behavior. I approached the control room to request footage, because the people having *** are the once harassing and following me. the matter has been reported to the police, but Control Manager, a White tall Male furiously asked me to vacate the premises after I had told him that his security personal are working together with my stalkers and have *** during working hours, no respect for customers, and other business around the *** noises.
