Incompetence staff

KFC PALMS (pta west) I requested the Family Treat 8 but instead of 8 pieces I asked that it should be reduced to 6 pieces, I was told that my request is do able and was quoted and amount of R210 which I agreed to including the R2 donation, I proceeded in giving her R250 and was given change of R41. Which I didn't even count and proceeded to collect my order which was already packaged. Only upon dishing up i notice that my order was incomplete

I'm going to enjoy this meal coz I don't have a vehicle to drive up and down for incompetence from a well established business, I will try to forward the receipt as indication of what I got from what I ordered

Requested Family Treat but a 6 piece instead of 8 What i received was Family Fiesta meal with mini loafs charge which I never asked for, action is needed
