I’m writing to formally raise a complaint about a meal I received from your establishment. The meat served to me was significantly undercooked. it appeared raw, with blood visibly oozing, which made it unsafe and extremely unappetising to eat. As a result, I was unable to finish the meal. Since then, I have experienced an upset stomach, which is very concerning . I expect a high standard of food preparation and food safety when dining with you so this experience was very disappointing. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter, and advise what step you will take to prevent similar incidents in the future. I look forward to your response and would also like to discuss appropriate compensation or a refund for this experience.

Honestly I am now fed up I don't see why hello Peter has to be the go to place all the time because of bad sales rep to top it off Supervisors!🤬I honestly waited a whole 40 min extra To Anele after receiving cold food he promises to make it over, I let him know my Uber driver is waiting I pay extra fees he then apparently makes the meal over to bring me AGAIN FREAKING COLD FOOD! MY QUESTION TO HIM WHY DID I WAIT SOLONG FOR FOOD IF IT'S COLD - I WAS SO ****ED I DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO LISTEN TO THE EXCUSE CAUSE WHO SELLS SUCH FOOD TO CUSTOMERS! NOT THE 1ST TIME I GET A PROBLEM WITH OBSERVATORY ITS NUMBEROUS OCCASIONS ANYWAY NOT THE POINT HE THEN GO BACK TO THE BACK GO RE DO THE FOOD NOT GIVING TWO ****S THAT I PAYING UBER FEES AS WELL! AND RE DO IT AGAIN AND JUST ENDS UP BRINGING ME THE SAME GOOD BACK CHANGE THE MASH AS WELL BUT THE MASH IS ALSO COLD I'M A CUSTOMER WAITING KONG NOW EXPECTING WARM FOOD ISN'T IT???????? HE WANTS TO THEM ARGUE WITH ME THE FOOD IS NOT BUT I AM CLEARLY OPENING IT UP IN FRONT OF HIM, HE THE GO GET A TEMPRETURE I WAS SO ****ED THE TUB IT COMES IN IS NOT A DAMN FEELING WARM BUT THIS IS HIS WAY OF TRYING TO CONVINCE ME!!!!!! YOUR FREAKING PORTIONS ARE RIDICULOUS SMALL THEN HAS THE AUDACITY TO STILL ARGUE BUT I EVEN MADE U TOUCH THE FOOD! WE REGULAR CUSTOMERS AND ALWAYS ****ING UP A ORDER IN SOME WAY THIS IS RIDICULOUS IF ONLY MAC DONALD'S HANDNT BEEN CLOSED I WOULD HAVE ACTUALLY RECIEVED MY MONEY'S WORTH - I EVEN ASKED ANELE HOW DID HE GET THIS POSITION IF YOU CAN'T EVEN SATISFY YOUR CUSTOMER AFTER THE FIRST FAIL BUT U WERE SO DETERMINED YET TO BRING THE SAME GOOD BACK LIKE WHAT ARE YOU TRYING DON'T PLAY WITH PEOPLE STOMACHE WE PAYING NOT GETTING IT FOR FREE I WOULDN'T EVEN FEED A HUNGRY PERSON I SUCH A WAY SO WHY AM I GOING TO ACCEPT ME BUYING FOOD LIKE THAT YOU ARE SUPER RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

On Saturday the 19 July at 2.30 am we arrived at the drive threw place a order at 02.55 and waited another 30 minutes for the order cause the staff decided instead of making enough chicken they will fry each order as it comes in so isn't the point of a drive threw suppose to be a in a out services the entire process took me over a hour how can it be that a big franchise food outlet given this type of services this outlet is busy every weekend so I would expect better planing and services I'm disgusted in the qaulify of food the chicken was half raw.
