I Would Like To Thank Woodford Century City Branch For Giving Me Best Experience Of The Car I Was Looking For. Actually They Upgraded The Vehicle That I Booked Online & The Consultant Was Very Friendly, Took Me Out To Inspect The Car Inside Out With Patience. I Had To Ask All The Questions With Regards To Hiring Since It Was My First Time Doing It. I'll Always Recommend Woodford As It Was The Cheapest Amongst The Rest.

We rent a small Suzuki car, when we took it back there was a nail in the tyre. They charge us R1750 for a nail, a nail, not a new small tyre that cost R600 for a new tyre, just a nail and thats not even our foult !!! Bad bad service with them!!! Stay away !!!!!!!!

I hired a car from Key's Car Rental.After returning the car on 1 March 2016 i was informed my deposit will refunded within 7 working days.After numerous calls and a visit no progress was made.I even emailed the owner Izak Jacobs and explained the situation with no reply. The person working in the office informed me she is not allowed to supply me with the owner's contact details.

I rented a car at Key's car hire on 26 February 2016 and paid a deposit of R3750 plus the rental fee, up to today I have not received my refund. They said it will be refunded within 7 days. Today is the 8th day and I have not received anything. The calls I make to the office are not helping at all. All I need is my money back.

I have hired a car from 5/02/2016 and return it 8/02/2016, and I was told that I will receive my R3756 back after 7 days now when I go there asking about my money the lady say 7days again which Today its a month and I haven't receive my deposit and I need my money.

Do not use Keys car hire, after dropping off the rental car, 8 january 2016, I was informed by Tebogo that she will work out how much is my deposit and refund me. Last week I was informed that my money would be paid on Friday, (this is after many calls from me,)the delay was due to another person being at a funeral. And only she does refunds, Now three weeks later after no calls and Tebogo not replying to my calls and avoiding my text msgs she has another excuse that the owner is not answering his emails or cell phone and can not tell me when I will get my money back.<br> <br> Be warned I am not the only customer that seems to be having this problem.

I rented a car for 3 days. As i was driving down their driveway while returning it, I hit a very sharp curb at the back of their building which had no markings whatsoever. It was so sharp I even popped a tyre. I am sure I am not the first or last to hit it.<br> <br> The car was sent in for repairs and a lady from keys called me to tell me what the damages totalled. I told her I would pay her when I was back in town and to please email me an invoice. I never received the invoice but keys car hire kept trying to withdraw the money from my credit card without my permission. <br> <br> The next week when I was back in pretoria, I went into the branch to get my invoice and I settled the payment in full. <br> <br> Yesterday i received a phonecall from Bennett &
