Appalling customer service

This Company has no customer service at all. If you phone with a query nobody phones you back. We emailed one of their technicians in October 2024 regarding work he was supposed to do for us and to date we have never received a reply. They are very quick to bill you in fact they want payment up front but do not seem to be at all interested in meeting any of their obligations.
