One of the worst services I have ever experienced in my life
One of the worst rental companies I have ever dealt with. If someone ever refers you this *******, be rest assured they despise you. The old saying of if its cheap be sure something is wrong with never made sense to me until I came across this bull**** of a company.

Disgrace of service standards
Very simple. Put in a order for a car and a c****at. Never got the c****at. Hired the care on the 22nd of December. Deposit payment of R 3700 still not finalised. Upon calling, I was told "I must sort it out with the bank'. Upon emailing their customer service, no feedback. Not even an acknowledgement of receipt. As a customer, I am completely left in the dark without any recourse. The time and energy this has taken is just unacceptable.

Poor Service
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service from Kenings Car Van And Truck Hire (Durban). I paid two deposits that were never refunded, despite the vehicles being returned, and all my follow-ups have been ignored or unresolved. To make matters worse, the company debited money from my bank account without any explanation, invoice, or authorization, and no one has been able to provide a clear reason for this charge. This conduct is unprofessional and unacceptable, and I am requesting the immediate refund of both deposits as well as a full explanation and reversal of the unauthorized debit.

Poor Service

Poor service
Company full of dumb drivers no communication, lack of professionalism, their call center call you to threaten you to stop n wait for someone who is at free state while you approaching jhb

LACK OF SERVICE PATHETIC
With regards to this place the lack of communication is pathetic and that between headoffice and cape town. My husband was in an accident with one of there rental cars and yet nothing from the insurance was ever communicated to us at all. We were told to pay some excess which we did and then all of a sudden the other vehicle that we have with them was deactivated. Thinking what happened here now.The car is paid and now this car is dead not knowing that Kenings deactivated the vehicle based on the insurance claim of the written off vehicle that we had to pay to them and we received ZERO letter, ZERO correspondence, absolutely nothing....from them to say payment needs to be made. THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION IN THIS PLACE IS PATHETIC REALLY....THEY DONT GIVE YOU TIME, NOT AN EMAIL, TO FIX THE PROBLEM THAT THEY NEVER TOLD US ABOUT......THEY WILL JUST DEACTIVATE THE CAR YOU PAID... REMEMBER THAT PEOPLE....

I asked many times for official proof, but they never sent anything — just excuses and lies. After reading other reviews, I realized they’ve done the same thing to many people! This is clearly a pattern of dishonest behavior. It was a stressful, frustrating experience. Please be careful and do not deal with them! نصابين تحملو منهم 🚫👎🏻👎🏻 هذي الشركة نصابة! ما رجعوا لي مبلغ الضمان وظلّوا يدّعون إنهم رجّعوه، مع إن المبلغ ما وصل لحسابي أبداً. طلبت منهم أكثر من مرة إثبات رسمي للتحويل، لكنهم ما أرسلوا أي شيء، بس أعذار وكذب. وبعد ما قرأت تقييمات الناس، اكتشفت إنهم يسوّون نفس الشيء مع كثير غيري! واضح إن هذا أسلوب متكرر وغير صادق. كانت تجربة سيئة ومتعبة جداً، أنصح الجميع عدم التعامل معهم أبداً!
