This business is a ****! Can one give a nil rating? Placed an order 3 months ago and still no delivery received. Follow up emails are repeatedly responded to with feedback that delivery is on route. Yet the order has still not reached me.

Not even worth a 1 star. This company brags about being a Cape Town company which was why I ordered from them, but in fact all they are doing is fronting for orders they place from China. I waited almost 3 months for my order. Had no response from the company when queried my order. There is no physical contact number on their website - red herring. My top eventually arrived (had to collect it from the post office) and it certainly is not what was advertised. Cheap synthetic materials and poor quality. Not what was advertised. Sadly wont order from them again.

I placed an order for 2 swim suits 2 January 2026. I am still waiting for them. Initially when I queried the delay, Nina responded and said they are on their way. I thought I was ordering from a Cape Town based store as it has a .co.za address, but when I queried that Nina told me they source their clothing out of the country although they are Cape Town based. According to the tracking option, my order arrived in the country in the first week of January. I am now getting no response from Nina or anyone else. I requested a refund if they can't deliver the product but have heard absolutely nothing further.

Fully agree with all the previous reviews. Also thought they were a Cape Town company. Ordered 2 tops for my wife. Also EVENTUALLY received the parcel. Absolute *******. When I wanted to return, I was told I could keep the items and order another to the same value. I just had to pay the shipping costs (another R205). Nothing has arrived. Also had dealings with "Nina". Very polite, but no action at all. This whole process started did-December.

I ordered 2 blouses from this company on 1 January at considerable cost and there has been no sign of them. Initially, in answer to my queries, I was told that the goods had been held up at customs. This came as quite a surprise as the company present themselves as Cape Town based. Nevertheless, I was happy to wait for a reasonable time, but recently, there has been no response to my queries. I can only assume that this is a ****. Do not be taken in by the beautiful items of clothing that will never appear!

I ordered and paid for a blouse from Kayla & Daughter's website on January 4th 2026. The transaction was confirmed but the confirmation I received identified someone else as the purchaser of a different item in another year. My query was answered by Nina at info@kayla&daughters.com explaining the "mix up", seemingly rectifying it and stating that my order was indeed placed on January 4th, ready on January 5th and in transit on January 21st. I received this on January 29th, "Please rest assured that your order has not been lost and is actively progressing. Delivery is expected shortly. If it is not delivered within the next few working days, we will escalate the matter with the courier on your behalf and update you accordingly". Premium shipping is listed as the company handling delivery, they have no record of my tracking number. Is this gross inefficiency or straight theft. The blouse, "Playful Hens" cost R799.00 including shipping. Kayla and Daughters have my money and my blouse. If indeed it ever existed.
