Paid for long term parking for a month, just to be told that long term parking doesn't include overnight parking. Didn't inform me when I enquired for LONG TERM parking and neither did their contract terms and conditions stimulate it. Refused to pay the remainder of my lease period back. ***** and some.

I arrived at Buiten Park and had to turn around and leave as my big van woulndt allow for the contents to be removed once parked in the tight parking bays(big boxes in the front cabin). So I immediately headed to the exit, I was in the car park for a mere 30 seconds. Upon arriving at the gate I was met with a rude lady that takes the liberty of shouting at me and I was told that my exit is refused unless I pay R25 whether I parked or not and pointed to boards with small print. I still couldnt see it but anyway. Although you might have it buried in the terms on the boards, this is grossly ********* and ripping people off at its best. WHY NOT PUT IN ON THE BOOM GATE IF YOU WANT PEOPLE TO SEE IT? The board location doesnt allow you to read it once youre at the boom gate, but this was "strategically done"... How can you sleep at night after ripping people off like this? You should be ashamed of yourself. If you check the reviews youll see this has been an ongoing issue for over a year that the CEO (Hannes Botha) promised to address on an older review. I guess the money is too good to do something about the problem. Shameless!!!!!

I was at Bosman boarding a bus to Cape Town, and I was immediately impressed by the welcoming attitude of the parking staff. When I proceeded to the bus area, I noticed there was an issue with the boom, but as soon as the staff saw it, a staff member, was quick to assist. Although they couldn’t fix it right away, they promptly called the manager, who resolved the issue without hesitation. A big thank you to Karabo and the team for their excellent service and for making parking so much easier!

I used the ba*****t parking at sammy square just before 10H00 on the 3rd of October 2024. When I pressed the access machine it had indicated that the printer is mulfuntioning. However, the boom opened for me to enter and I thought to myself maybe the system has changed, in that it could be that there is a cctv detection system that captures vehicles. I parked my vehicle and rushed to my 10H00 appointment. Upon my return just before 10H30 at the exit point I encountered a man by the name of Paul who said that he is the supervisor. I explained what had happened and then he said that I had lost my ticket and had to pay R100 instead of the R25 I would have had to pay. I explained to him that his machine is the one that did not issue the ticket and that is not my problem. He asked me why I did not return after parking an tell the cashier that I did not get a ticket. I told him why should I have parked and walked such a distance to the cashier for an internal problem of theirs and why did they not put a notice to say if the machine does not print clients must inform the cashier. We argued for almost 30 minutes, resulting in further wasted time. I paid the R100 and told him and his female colleague that he must know that he had ****** me of R75 and there would be consequences.
