Kara Optics: Professional and Excellent Customer Service
I have been going to Kara Optics (Optometrists) at Kara Glen for years. Every visit reinforces my high regard for them, in terms of professionalism and customer service. I am very clumsy (sitting on my spectacles, for example), and often break the ears, or pop out the lenses, of something. If they can do the repair onsite, they do it, often for free. But the last set of frames were problematic; the ear broke off multiple times. They then swapped the frames for a set that I had used before... at NO cost to me. Who else would offer such amazing service?
