Kanopi - Lost deposit and still waiting since 2021
Paid my deposit for a canopy in 2021 and to date, I am still waiting for further feedback and date when the canopy will be fitted/received. Francois Schutte came across as a very trusting man with solid Christian values and made promises that everyone will receive their canopy but nothing transpired. I am led to believe that others received theirs but mine has been outstanding since 2021 and no feedback on the R10K deposit that was paid. I even went as far as requesting my deposit to be returned but nothing forthcoming. I have even tried communication via cellphone, social media, etc. but all has gone on deaf ears. I have not given up on trying to get my deposit back but to have someone who preaches so well and make empty promises, but is such a **** and ***** is totally wrong and ungodly. I will still continue fighting for my canopy and deposit to be returned. My advice to everyone is to please stay away from this company or any company that is associated with Francois Schutte and his team.

Kanopi came through after all, Well done!
I was one of the people who paid a deposit and thought my money was gone. since I left a bad review, it should be fitting to also express my gratitude now. I was contacted and told that my canopy is ready and they asked me if I would like the canopy or for them to sell it on my behalf. so glad I took the canopy. IT LOOK FANTASTIC ON MY HILUX!!

I was one of the people who paid a deposit and thought my money was gone. since I left a bad review, it should be fitting to also express my gratitude now. I was contacted and told that my canopy is ready and they asked me if I would like the canopy or for them to sell it on my behalf. so glad I took the canopy. IT LOOK FANTASTIC ON MY HILUX!!

Congratulations on sorting your Problems out
These Guys did what no one thought possible. they did not just lie down and close the business, They stepped up and sorted out all of the outstanding orders and no one lost any money. Thank you for doing the right thing

Goedkoop koop is duur koop! #Teesif
Bought my Kanopi this year '22 Feb cash. Thought I got a good deal, but Francois and staff' service was questionable. All locks on the Kanopi are sticky. My Kanopi lek soos n tee sif! Plegs ek na my Oupa se wyse woorde geluister het, goedkoop koop is duur koop!

Lost deposit
I unfortunately also made the mistake of paying a deposit in November and cannot get hold of them in any way. Possibly with others here that have had the same experience we can get legal help together??
