Disgruntled

What is going on? This gym at the Scottsville Mall has been closed for over 6 months pending a possible revamp. Upon calling their lines and querying this, no one seems to be able to give an answer about it. We are paying for a service where there isn’t one available and are told to use the Planet Fitness at the Liberty Mall which is truly inconvenient, especially without transport, incurring additional travel costs to get there. Why were we not given options for debit orders to freeze for those unable to get to another facility and debit orders to continue for those who can? Just gym has given no option to cancel until the revamp is completed, bu tv continues to accept payments for services not rendered. Can someone explain when is this gym re-opening, if ever and can we get the option to cancel our membership without costs, just like this gym closed without warning its consumers.
