Ordering furniture from a great distance without ever having seen or touched it is something very special and requires a great deal of trust. On top of that came a very short delivery timeframe, which was an additional challenge, as otherwise we would have had to sleep on the floor when moving in. All in all, I was taken care of so perfectly by Gwen that every question was clarified through open dialogue, and all requirements regarding delivery time and quality were more than met. Gwen and the logistics team were exceptionally friendly, and in the end the furniture now shines with wonderful quality and an overwhelming design that elevates everything else in our rooms.
