Great teamwork!
We recently had my mom's possessions transported from Jhb to Cape Town. Thanks to Robyn and her amazing team all went extremely smooth. The driver even arrived a day early. The regular comms I received throughout the process was highly appreciated. Just such a brilliant service!

Excellent Customer Services from Robyn Schmidt
Got caught off guard by an illness in the family and I was very worried about moving all my belongings from CPT to JHB on such short notice. Robyn was so understanding and accommodating and made me feel so much better about the entire process with their efficient and empathetic communication. I will definitely be using JHB Removals services again in 2027 when its time to move again!

Excellent Customer Services from Robyn Schmidt
Got caught off guard by an illness in the family and I was very worried about moving all my belongings from CPT to JHB on such short notice. Robyn was so understanding and accommodating and made me feel so much better about the entire process with their efficient and empathetic communication. I will definitely be using JHB Removals services again in 2027 when its time to move again!

Efficient, Professional, and Peace-of-Mind Moving
My husband and I were very nervous about moving our furniture from Cape Town back to Pretoria after a terrible experience moving down to Cape Town two years ago. However, JHB Removals made the experience so pleasant with their constant communication and efficient service. They were incredibly accommodating in getting us our preferred moving dates on short notice and their teams arrived on time for both pick-up and delivery. The movers handled all of our stuff with care and nothing was damaged on delivery. We will happily recommend JHB Removals for any moving needs.

Exceptional Service
Exceptional service received, from Robyn and the removal team. Firstly they are reasonable! They were very professional, I had a seamless removal, was scheduled for removal on a Monday, something came up on Friday evening that I could not move on Monday, emailed them Friday evening rescheduling, Robyn rep**** on Sunday, then on Monday the issue resolved contacted them, they still accommodated me and moved Monday. The removal team, a big thumbs up to those guys, absolutely amazing, they went over and above to ensure my goods fit into the new place I was moving to. Highly recommend JHB removals

Excellent service from JHB Removals
I had a small consignment of furniture that needed to go from Jo'burg to Durban. The service offered was exceptional, from the minute I made the call to the final delivery. They were very accommodating and arranged collection on short notice. The items left Jo'burg in the evening and arrived in Durban the following morning. Pricing was very reasonable. All in all, outstanding service. Thank you, Robyn, and staff.

Reliable, friendly service
I've used JHB removals twice now. Both times I found them to be reliable, reasonable and to have great customer service. I was a demanding customer in second and most recent move: I ask for multiple changes to my move request, and they graciously helped me problem solve on the day when I made a mistake on vehicle restrictions. Robyn in particular was of great help and is a pleasure to engage with.

Reliable, friendly service
I've used JHB removals twice now. Both times I found them to be reliable, reasonable and to have great customer service. Efficiency and Affordability at it best
Such great service I received from the time i made a request for quotation Robyn assisted me. She is efficient and kept on keeping me updated on the progress. I made a request for a quote on a Sunday by Monday afternoon i have received my quote which was reasonable and Tuesday afternoon my staff was being shipped to Durban. The guys that came to collect my stuff in Johannesburg were so polite and respectful handled my staff with care. The truck driver kept me updated on the progress of delivery. Even the when my staff was delivered in my new home in Durban everything was offloaded with care. Thank you so much JHB removal working with you has been pleasant. Efficiency and affordability are the key to customer satisfaction.
